Its weapon art is decent and good at staggering but too slow IMO. I'm 40 Dex and 27 Arcane now.So im doing a Greatshield + Bleed poke build currently and have been using a +25 Godskin Stitcher with a Bleed enchantment. I recently got the Bloody Helice and maxed it as well and what I found to be odd is that althougu the Helice does so slightly more damage with my stats (35 Str, 40 Dex, 40 Arc) it has significantly less bleed than the Stitcher..
