Lots of breeze there to keep bugs off, but still a lot of mosquitoes and no-see ums. We took a spray this year called Sawyers Insect Repellant with 20% picaridin and had fewer bites. I am renting from Destination St. John, and I believe I chose them after reading reviews on their site. I know I spent lots of time reviewing different rental companies and chose them. We are staying in Coral Bay mid Feb. 6 years ago. There may be jet ski rentals at the Westin on St John. You should check with them. Sapphire Marina probably has best, but not sure who has that business now. It may still be Dive In! So google so you can see if their tour will be available.
