It won't shift gears or go into neutral. I had to use the supplied tool to manually get it into neutral and then it will shift into first gear with the shift button but .... Rancher 350 ES won't shift. My 2000 rancher 350 ES won't shift any more. It was shifting fine, then i put a new digital display on it cause the old one didn't work. Since then the electric shift will not shift anymore. You can crank it up then shift into gear and start riding then the electric shift won't shift into any other gears or neutral.
