Once the revs come up, the oil is pumped in faster than it "leaks out" and the pressure comes up. There's a square hole in the back of the tensioner. Stick a 3/8 ratchet/breaker bar into it to relieve the tension, and pull the belt off one of the pulleys. I can't remember but you may have to remove the tensioner to get the belt off of it, or possibly you can slip the belt past it sideways. Been a minute since I've done this.

I dont mind sitting in some racing seats like Recaro's or even Sparco's (which fit snugly) for a short period of time, but honestly I bought my Tib because I love the seats that are in it.
