Right in the heart of the theater district. 1st time I came to see Sixt. My 2nd time I came to see 1776, the musical. Both times I sat in the balcony I definitely prefer my seat in balcony center compared to balcony upper right.James M. Nederlander Theatre. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. You can't get better seats for the money! The "obstruction" is the railing. My 13 year old son and I (5'5'') had no problem seeing over it.
